Spacious, comfortable and modern fully equipped loft apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Friedrichshain with the restaurants/nightlife of Boxhagener Kiez and the Ostkreuz nearby. Perfect for families, business travel or small groups the apartment benefits from three double bedrooms and excellent transport links via Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz stations for fast access to Berlin Brandenburg airport and exploring the rest of Berlin. The space The apartment features three double bedrooms with plenty of storage and multiple workspaces. There is a spacious main bathroom with double sinks, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer plus a separate second bathroom with WC and hand sink. The main open plan area features a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table which seats six and a cosy lounge area which extends to the large balcony with ouside seating and a small table. The apartment benefits from an elevator and keyless entry system as well as fast broadband. Guest access Keyless access codes will be provided for use with the Nuki mobile app. Please make sure the app access is setup and your phone is connected to the internet before arrival. It can take a moment to connect so it's a good idea to open the app whilst en route to the apartment. The building has a street door and a communal lobby door which can both be buzzed open and are somewhat heavy. The building has a large elevator and it is possible to access the apartment without using steps. Other things to note The apartment is our home in a quiet residential building so we cater only to small groups and families. We do not allow parties, hen/stag groups or loud noise which could disturb other residents. There are many great opportunites in the local area for socialising and partying all night long if desired but the apartment must remain a peaceful, relaxing space and the neighbours respected. Checkin is from 16:00 until 23:00 on the day of arrival and we ask for your expected arrival time in advance.
