The Quiet Retreat

The Quiet Retreat, is nestled in the peaceful hills of Ocho Rios, in a secluded, gated community with 24-hour security, which is perfect for the ultimate private getaway. It is ideally located only 5 minutes from Ocho Rios square which means attractions such as Dolphin's Cove, Dunns River Falls and Beaches are only a stone throw away. The private community boasts its own lavish pool, gym, play ground for the kids and court so you never have to leave the complex, if you don't want to. The space This villa is centrally located only 10 minutes away from the famous tourist attractions such as Dolphin's Cove, Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, White River Rafting, Blue Hole, and free and private beaches. Just 5 minutes away is the town square where you can find a wide array of jerk centers, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations and more. You don't need to leave the villa to have fun. The community boasts its own private infinity pool, gym, playground for kids and tennis court. Please note the following on our space: 1) The house has three beds and three and a half baths however only two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms will be available during your your stay. Please note that at no time are you to attempt to access the other closed off bedroom and bathroom. 2) Each bedroom is equipped with an ac unit, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom and closets. There is also an extra half bathroom in the hallway. Bedding and towels will be provided based on the length of you stay. 3)All acs, lights and fans are to be turned off once the space is un-occupied or you are exiting the premises. 4) The general price listed is for four guests occupying the premises at any time. We allow up to six guests, the 4th and 5th will be at an additional fee and these persons must be declared from the on-set of making your reservation. 5) Given the private nature of these premises no extra visitors allowed. No parties or events are allowed either. 6) The space has an open concept living dining and kitchen space, which also has an ac unit and ceiling fan. 7) An indoor laundry area is available with a washer and dryer. Please note however that these will only be made available to guests free of cost whose reservation is for 4 days or more. 8) Absolutely no smoking should be done inside the premises. 9) A patio set is available for relaxing outdoors kindly note however that once it is not being used these are to be placed back inside.
