The space Welcome to our charming little studio, a small house of about 20 square meters, located only 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 30 minutes from Örebro. Here you live comfortably and peacefully with your own private balcony and a beautiful glimpse of Våtsjön. Perfect for a relaxing stay all year round! The house offers a comfortable accommodation for up to four people. In the sleeping loft, there is room for two people, with a ladder that leads up to the sleeping area with limited ceiling height and sloping ceilings that partially cover the bed (see picture). In addition, there is a freestanding bed that is also used as a sofa, and an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor. Bring your own sheets and towels. If you want a warm cottage on arrival, book at least 24 hours before you arrive. Our small house is equipped with a simple kitchen with induction stove, coffee maker, toaster and dishwashing facilities. Even if there's no oven, you'll find everything you need for a simpler meal, including tableware, kitchen utensils and cutlery. The house has a new bathroom with toilet and shower. For chilly evenings, you can enjoy the warmth of our wood-burning stove, and when it gets warmer, you can use the air heat pump for a comfortable indoor temperature. Outside the plot is a private jetty, about 75 meters away, which you can use for a morning swim or a quiet moment by the water. There is also a simple rowing boat available for our guests. If you're traveling by electric car, we offer the option of charging it on site at an additional cost. Proximity to nature is one of the house's biggest advantages. Just 2 km away is Fuxbouddens nature reserve and Djerfstugan, where you can enjoy beautiful forest trails and a public swimming area. We can also recommend a visit to the restaurant Lakelodge, which is about 3 km from the house (note that the opening hours may vary). It is also easy to get here by public transport, with the nearest bus stop about 1.5 km away, which makes it easy to visit both Karlskoga and Örebro. Please note: The lawn is shared with the host couple, our two children and our little dog, the dock is also used by the family. The host couple's house is next to the Minihuset. We appreciate your consideration when using these common areas. We love animals, but four-legged friends have to stay at home. If additional beds are needed, we can possibly arrange extra spaces in an adjacent guest house. Fishing licenses are required in the lake and life jackets for the rowboat are included. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Guest access Own Attefallshus on a shared plot, about 10 meters from the host couple's house.
