Stunning apt at Santa Barbara, close to Nordelta

Bright 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment in a gated condominium called Barrio Santa Barbara. Located at Bancalari avenue, this well known and fashionable condominium is very safe and close to the city of Nordelta, where you will feel as if you were in Miami but in Argentina. The apartment has stunning views of the central lake and it is a great option if you want to visit the area and get to know how locals live. Note you will be 26 km away from the capital but with a lot of things to do nearby. The space The condominium has everything you will need for your perfect holidays. One large swimming pool and another small one for kids, two tennis courts and more than 6 kilometres for running and/or walk safely with great views of the lakes. The apartment is very bright and sunny. In the living room you will find a table for 6 persons and a big L shaped sofa with a 65 inch smart TV in front. The living room faces a big patio where you have an Argentinian style parrilla and where you can try preparing your own asados. We can supply a folding table and plastic chairs for the terrace for you to take advantage of eating there. The main bedroom has a new queen size bed and a 55 inch smart TV. It has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and a ceiling fan. Outside, you will find the second full bathroom. The kitchen is also great, big enough to cook and store things. The apartment is equipped with linens and towels (one pair per stay). Guest access All the apartment is for yourself. You can use the swimming pool (available only in summer season), the tennis courts and all the gated area to run and do exercise! Other things to note It is highly advisable that you rent a car to stay here. As it is a gated security area it is not that easy to manage with uber or taxis. You will be much comfortable with a car and you have free parking!
