This spacious 4 bedrooms and two bathroom house is perfect for guest to retreat to their own rooms at the end of the day. It is located in the northeastern corner of Baltimore. Each room comes fully furnished with carefully selected pieces that will make your stay very pleasant, a cozy and luxurious queen bed, dresser with mirror, night stands and a full closet. The space This house is fully catering to long term guests staying more than 90day. Mainly students , medical professional, teachers, grad students and also people travelling to work for long period in the Baltimore metro area. This property is conveniently located within a 5 mile radius of all the major colleges and hospitals in Baltimore. Namely: Universities Morgan State University John Hopkins University Loyola University Notre Dame Of Maryland University Hospitals: Union Memorial Hospital John Hopkins Hospital Good Samaritan Hospital Urgent care in close proximity. Feeling safe should not be an issue, because Northeast District Police prescient is 0.4 miles from the property. Also the neighborhood is also being monitored and patrolled by University security. Guest also have options to a variety of shopping, for food items and general merchandise in the newly built Northwood Shopping Plaza. A farmers market is also located in less than 2 miles way from this property, for all your locally grown produce, pastries, dairy products, meat, poultry and a whole lot more to choose from. Guest access Guests that have chosen our beautiful and inviting house to stay will each have their own key to the front door and their personal room key for their privacy and security. Once a guest enters, they will be welcomed into a pleasant and homey atmosphere. Once there, they can unwind and relax on the plush and cozy sofas. Whip up a delightful meal in the kitchen that comes equipped with all you may need to cook that savory meal and then enjoy your meal on the gracefully designed and decorated dining table. If you don't feel like being in the shared spaces and want some private alone time , you can head up to your room, where a luxurious bed with plush pillow, cool comfortable sheets and a cozy quilt is waiting for you to dive in and wrap yourself up in pure bliss. All guests on the second floor will have their own private room with shared access to the living room, kitchen, dining and bath room. During your stay Since we will be catering to long term guests, I will personally great each guest and hand them over their keys on the first day of their stay. I am striving to provide excellent service to my guests and will not hesitate to be available when needed for question or inquiries, either through Air BNB or my personal cell phone number. Other things to note Parking is available on the street in front of the house for guests with cars. High speed internet, Wi-Fi and a 55" TV are available for all guests during their stay. Guest will be responsible for cleaning their own space since they will be staying long term and also keeping the shared spaces as clean as the first day they moved in. Rules for Shared Living Spaces: Be mindful and considerate of the other guests. No loud noises, especially music because we need to be mindful of the neighbors especially during late hours, which means no parties that will cause damage to the property or the furniture because each guest will be responsible to compensate for any damage done to the property or anything in it. Each guest is responsible for cleaning their own private space and help keep the shared spaces, like the bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room clean at all times. Which means be mindful and clean up after yourself if you make a mess and also help to do the general cleaning of the shared spaces when necessary. Smoking and pet and strictly prohibited! No over crowding so please adhere to limit specifications per room! Each guest has the responsibility to make sure all door and windows locked before leaving the house and before going to bed because you are responsible for keeping yourself safe at all times. For each guests peace of mind incase of an incident, fire extinguishers are located on both floors and a first aid kit for minor mishaps. Take precaution when using the stove, the iron the toaster and any other electrical appliances or devises. It is expected that the property and belonging in it is treated with care and respect and should be kept clean and tidy like it was giving to you on the very first day of arrival.
