This charming brick manor house was built ~ 1826. There are 4 bedrooms. There is central air & central heat, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, dining room & living room. Living room has a queen sofa bed. This historic home is located on the Maury River, very secluded, and is 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and 7 minutes from Buena Vista. If you are looking for a beautiful home located on the Maury River, we highly recommend this rental. Stone patio on the river with fireplace. No pets. Roku TV The space This house and farm has been in our family since the 1940s. It is very secluded yet close to both Lexington and Buena Vista. The driveway is a mile long along the Maury river. It is a gravel driveway with it's share of potholes. There is a river patio available. This is a working farm so you may hear cattle mooing from the hillside. Tractors cutting hay during season. The co-host John lives in a separate dwelling on the property. Guest access Guests are asked not to go into the basement. Other things to note No pets Smart Television with Roku TV with Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, some Live TV, free movie and free television shows.
