Guest access The apartment is conveniently accessible via an elevator, eliminating the need for stairs. Inside the apartment there is a shower/bath combo. Other things to note Access: Key and a Keycard to access the building and apartment door entry. Security: Cameras in common areas Accessibility: 2nd floor accessible via lift. Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay. CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed to overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. PARKING -There is a parking bay available.
