Authentic half-thatched Norman cottage with a century-old greenhouse on the banks of the Seine, surrounded by green cliffs, close to Giverny/Les Andelys. Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, the charm of old houses. Stay cool in the summer. 1.5 hours from Paris and the landing beaches. Val Saint-Martin climbing site 3 km away, hiking. Large garden, gas BBQ, wood oven, ping-pong, baby-foot, badminton, children/adult bicycles, hut, games for everyone, hammocks. Hives at the bottom of the garden. The space The house can accommodate up to 10-12 people 2 families with children (10 people + 1 baby) or up to 5 couples - 2 double bedrooms (160/200 bed) including 1 with single bed. - 1 "dormitory" bedroom with 3 single children's beds (convertible into a double bed 140/200) - 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed convertible into a double bed (160/200) + 1 double bed (140/200) on mezzanine + baby bed - 2 bathrooms (1 shower / 1 bathtub) - 1 large living/dining room with fireplace - 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 baby bed and 1 baby chair Garden - 1 authentic greenhouse with tables and chairs for your meals - 1 barbecue - cabin, swing, adult/children's bikes, ping pong, foosball, various outdoor games There are beehives installed at the bottom of the garden. This space was left fallow voluntarily in order to develop the biodiversity of the place. You have nothing to fear. But to avoid any risk, we recommend that you do not approach them. You will of course have the opportunity to taste the honey of the bees of the garden for your breakfasts :-) Other things to note Guests are welcome to use our bikes. We leave information for you in the house about interesting places to visit and many hiking routes
