The garden is fully enclosed and surrounded by greenery. It is reserved for guests staying in the other apartment, which does not have a private terrace. The entrance and common hallway are shared, so you may occasionally encounter other guests in the garden or passing through the shared areas. Within the residence, there is a shared laundry area available to guests, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and everything needed for laundry. The residence is designed to offer peace, privacy, and comfort — a relaxing retreat just a short walk from the lively center of Menaggio and the most popular destinations around Lake Como. Cooling: The living room is equipped with a very powerful air conditioner that cools the space in just a few minutes. The bedroom has a modern and efficient fan. The house is made of stone and stays cool even on very hot days. 3. Entire property: You will have exclusive use of the apartment and a private panoramic rooftop terrace. 4. Self Check-in: The property is self check-in only. Please make sure to carefully follow the instructions we’ll send you before arrival. 5. Stairs: To access the house from the garden, you’ll need to climb a staircase. The property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. 6. Parking: There is no private parking, but there are three public parking areas nearby. You can easily find a space in one of them. 7. Historic Location – Pedestrian Access Only: The house is located in a historic borgo and cannot be reached directly by car. From the nearest parking area, you will need to walk approximately 100 meters on foot. 8. Arrival by Bus: If you're arriving by bus, please note that the house is a 20-minute uphill walk from Menaggio, along a pedestrian-only path. With luggage, it may be challenging.
