This cozy studio apartment has its own private driveway & entrance on the first floor of our home in Smallwood, New York; so private, in fact, you'll never know we're there. Nestled in the woods of the southern Catskills, we’re only 6.5 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, built in the footprint of the 1969 Woodstock Festival. The space At Bedside Manor you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: modern conveniences in a quaint mountain cabin setting. This one room studio apartment has been newly renovated and updated to include many amenities, including a memory foam pillow top queen size bed, a kitchenette with mini fridge & two-burner stovetop, microwave, Roku TV, Wifi, AC, and a relaxing outdoor garden & patio, complete with a gas grill. There are many activities to enjoy in this charming lake community: boating, swimming, hiking, skiing, water parks, animal farms, to name a few. Plenty of dining, shopping, and antiquing options are available very nearby in towns such as White Lake, Kauneonga Lake, Monticello, Narrowsburg, Cochecton & Callicoon. Guest access The studio apartment, patio deck, and garden area are entirely yours to enjoy. Other things to note We welcome a maximum of two dogs at Bedside Manor. Unfortunately we can't allow cats due to allergies. There is plenty of space on the property for your dog to play in, but please note: the yard is not fenced in. We've provided a yard stake & long lead for those pups who tend to roam. If your pooch tends to get excited when other dogs are around (like ours does!), we appreciate you keeping a close eye while they're outside.
