This welcoming home-away-from-home makes it easy to relax and recharge The space Ideally located near Gunstock Mountain Resort(10 mins), Mount Major(7 mins), Oak Hills hiking trails, and Ellacoya State Park(10 mins) offering stunning fall foliage and winter frozen lake activities. Snowmobiling trails are conveniently close to the house. Enjoy Alton Bay Center, Laconia, and Weirs Beach for shopping, dining, and a plethora of activities at your fingertips. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, excluding the garage. You can also enjoy access to the lake for ice fishing, snowmobiling and other ice activities from the Alton Bay ramp or Ellacoya State Park.
