Guests will stay in a charming three-room apartment located on the first floor of a building of high historical interest, a former 15th-century convent. The space The Martì is the ideal starting point to get lost in the alleys of the historic center, immerse yourself in the history and culture of L'Aquila, explore the artistic beauties of the city and discover our excellent food and wine. Guests will stay in a lovely, very bright, recently renovated three-room apartment, located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and consists of the following rooms. ENTRANCE: it has a large space furnished with hangers and shelves that allow you to comfortably store your clothes and personal belongings. HALLWAY: a comfortable hallway equipped with full mirrors leads to the other rooms of the apartment. LIVING ROOM: it is characterized by modern and elegant furniture that harmoniously enhances the context of the historic building and includes: a comfortable sofa, a 55" TV, a small bookcase and a desk corner with an armchair very suitable for study or work. BEDROOM: consists of a double bed with a bedside table and a second 50" TV. KITCHEN: it is located in an additional small room, but very comfortable and functional and further enhanced by the presence of an original wooden coffered ceiling. The room is equipped with a window and houses an expandable table with two chairs in addition to the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and placemats. BATHROOM: this room is also equipped with an original wooden ceiling and is complete with all amenities, a large mirror, shower and hairdryer with diffuser.
