This rural cottage combines comfort and simplicity with swimming pool, garden and a little "chalet" side. The surrounding area has many tourist attractions: Sources de la Seine, the historic site of Alesia, Fontenay Abbey, the beautiful village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain with its anise factory and abbey... The GR 2 and the Chemin de St Jacques pass in front of the cottage. 12 km away, St Seine l'Abbaye offers all amenities (bakery, health center, bank, supermarket, pharmacy). The space The 90 m2 cottage is spread over 2 floors (access to the 1st by a "milling staircase"). - Living room with sitting area, dining room, game library with 750 board games, double sofa bed as an extra bed. - Garden equipped with barbecue, garden furniture and pool (shared). - Fully-equipped kitchen, shower, toilet. - upstairs: 2 small bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), mezzanine (with single BZ as an extra bed) - parking directly in front of the cottage - possibility to rent a bed and breakfast (2 people) at the same address in addition. Other things to note Access to the bedrooms is via a miller's staircase. Our cottage is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Baby equipment is available upon request (baby cot, changing mat, high chair, etc.). The pool is open from the end of May to mid-September (depending on the weather). Access to the cottage is restricted from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., then shared until 7:00 p.m. The swimming pool can be made private at other times upon request.
