The space As you step inside Balai Paraiso, you will be greeted by: 🏘️𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 – Our space boasts a 2-storey villa with a total floor area of 200 square meters, offering you a big space for countless memories. 🎤𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Our entertainment area offers hours of fun, featuring a 55-inch TV and videoke setup for singing performances, and a variety of board games for engaging social activities. 🏊𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 – Dip into luxury with the refreshing comfort of our cozy private pool. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene vibes, this private oasis creates an idyllic setting for peace and tranquillity. 👩‍🍳𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 – Featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and essential cookware, our kitchen provides a convenient space for preparing and enjoying a variety of meals efficiently. 🛌𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 – Our spacious bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, 2 floor mattresses and sliding doors that open to a balcony with a peaceful view. The attached bathroom features a soothing bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Get ready to experience Bali paradise and create memories that last a lifetime. Welcome to Balai Paraiso’s Villa Manusa! Guest access Only guests have access to the villa. Enjoy complete privacy and make yourself at home during your stay. Other things to note ✅Check-in: 3 PM ✅Checkout before 12 noon ✅Maximum of 8 guests (infants below 2 not counted) ✅Free parking is available within the premises ✅A security deposit of Php3,000 is mandatory and will be collected upon check-in. This security deposit will be fully reimbursed, provided that no damage was done to the property. Please treat the villa with the same care you would give your own home. Guests will be charged accordingly for broken items, loss or any damage to the property. ✅Due to the tranquil nature of the area, there are only a few stores nearby, so it's recommended to bring your own food or ready-to-cook meals. ✅For your own convenience, we have partnered with a food and van service provider. Shall you be interested to avail their services, we’ll provide you their contact details. ✅Bedroom and living area are both air-conditioned. ✅No smoking inside the villa. You may do so outside the villa with proper disposal of cigar butts. Penalty: Php2,000. ✅We’re happy to welcome your pets (with a charge of Php600 pet fee per night for every pet), but please note that pets are not allowed inside the bedroom or in the dipping pool. Kindly clean up after your pet throughout our property. Any damage they cause will result in a Php5,000 charge. ✅Secure your belongings and cars at all times. Do not leave any valuable items unattended. We are not responsible for any loss or damage. ✅Cancellations within 30 days are not permitted. In cases of force majeure, a complimentary rebooking can be arranged if requested within 1 week.
