Nicki Beach CT

A lovely cottage in a private beach HOA with a playground, tennis court, beach access, a pickleball facility, and several parks nearby. A short drive to the Norwalk train station. There is a marsh with plenty of wildlife nearby. A short drive to Norwalk / Water street shops and restaurants. Perfect spot for sunrise and sunset walks or a backyard BBQ. No pets. The space The aesthetic is Connecticut-chic Beach Cottage with a floral theme and touches of beach. Very clean. No pets. Guest access I recommend staying out of the basement and attic. The attic is quite hot in the summer and the basement is mostly empty as this home is in a natural coastal flood zone as are most beach homes. The basement has 4 pumps, but in an emergency, we don't want to be down there moving boxes. The tennis courts have booking available. The playground is open as well as the common garden by the marsh. The clubhouse is open on weekends, except when there is a rain storm. The beach access is open year-round. There is beach access at the main club house as well as at the end of Neptune. The beach is great for water sports. For laying out and swimming, the dock and clubhouse are better. Other things to note This is a private HOA and there is some parking guidelines to protect everyone in case of a fire. Please see the map and please respect the fire lanes. No pets.
