Guest access You have access to this entire Lakefront home and property except the garage and one additional room that is locked. We also supply two paddle boards. Lots of outside parking for cars, trucks, ATV'S and multiple boats (no RV campers). Walk to lake and marina from house (distance varies based on lake level). Boat slips are available in the summer from Sugarloaf Marina. Awesome views from decks and inside house. Other things to note This lakefront luxurious home has more space and rooms than any of our other 17 homes. It has a number of different rooms including two large master bedroom suites with walk in closets and full private baths, 5 bathrooms in all, large family room, dining room, and kitchen. It also has several other rooms including a den, a office, game & entertaining room, and a bonus room/shop. We are restricted on the number of adults since only two of the rooms were listed officially as "bedrooms" when this large home was built. Following county guidelines, we are not restricted on the number of non-adults that are 16 or younger, but we do have a total max that we have imposed of 20 guests (6 adults and up to 14 non-adults). If this home does not work for you, we have 9 homes that are all on the same lakefront street where you can book two or three of them together. This house like our other homes is a great place for families and close friends to gather. It is NOT a great place for parties. Our neighbors will call the Sheriff and we will then seek a maximum fee of $2500 for what the county will fine and impose on us. Houseboats are better for these kinds of events. Not our private homes. Book early as our returning guests book 9-18 months in advance for the popular summer months. Great year round with lower prices during the winter season. IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do charge $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. *IMPORTANT: Distance to water from our house varies from 50 feet (when full) to several hundred yards (when low) depending on lake level. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marinas requiring travel to another part of the lake. Sensitive parties or guests with any breathing restraints should avoid visiting Northern California during this period of time.
