Come spend your vacation in a cozy vacation home on the banks of the Nasva River 7km from Kuressaare. In the borough there is the Coop shop, the rated restaurant Särg by the White Guide, and in the summer, the local surf club sup paddle boards for hiking on the Nasva River. Nasva is a popular destination for recreational fishermen because the river through the borough is very fishy. Very well connected to Kuressaare by car, public transport and light traffic. Beautiful sandy beaches of Mändjala are located just a few kilometers away. The space The property is located on the banks of the Nasva River. From spring to fall, you can catch a fish or cool off the river when you swim in the river. The front yard has some older buildings and a parking lot for cars (can fit 4 cars freely). An electric car can also be charged for an extra charge if needed. A large deck is located in the BACKYARD to enjoy the view onto the river. On the terrace you will find a gas grill, sun chairs and armchairs for relaxing. A float bridge is located along the river, from which you can do water jumps and climb back to shore via a ladder. The ground floor of the building has a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a large bathroom and 1 bedroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a toilet. In the LIVING ROOM, you'll find a spacious sofa, a 65" TV (Telia TV package + the possibility to use different apps like Netflix, etc.), a powerful soundbar, and a display cabinet have a variety of board games. THE DINING ROOM has a large table that seats up to 8 people. There are 6 chairs at the table permanently, but the house has 2 spare chairs to accommodate a larger group. Tableware to set the table is provided in the kitchen. THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need to cook yourself during your holiday: - induction hob - Oven with oven tops - air purifier - refrigerator with freezer - dishwasher - Pots and Pans - Tableware - wine glasses, lace and the like - capsule coffee machine with capsules - Kettle - toaster - wine bottle opener - lots of other things you need to cook THE BEDROOMS are equipped with 2-person (varying 140-160cm wide) bunks and blankets, pillows, and clean bed clothes. Each bedroom has a stange with hangers to hang clothes. There are half-darkening curtains in front of the windows. THE BATHROOM is spacious and can also find a hair dryer, iron, washing machine and clothes drying rack in addition to the shower (where shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, bath linen and hand towels are provided) and the sink. There is a large mirror above the sink. There is air conditioning on the second floor OF the stairwell to cool the bedrooms down on hot summer evenings. In order for cooling to work, all windows in the house should be closed so the cool air does not go out of the house. THE HOUSE has an air-water heat pump that heats the first floor floors and the adjustable radiators on the second floor. During the winter months the house is very warm. Guest access Guests have use of the main building of the property, the deck, and the entire yard area. The key to the house is located in a pin-protected lockbox, which you can find on the garage wall next to the parking lot (to the left of the yellow garage door). Other buildings may be used by the family of the house from time to time, but there will be no disturbance from the guests in the main building or in the river-side backyard. Other things to note - We ask that the lodge and the inventory in it be kept prudently. - Vehicles can be parked in the designated gravel field. Please no vehicles in the grass area. - There is a robot mower that drives around the courtyard area, so we ask that you do not leave any clutter on the grass.
