Come and spend your holiday in a cozy holiday house on the banks of the Nasva River in the town of Nasva, 7 km from Kuressaare. The village has a Coop store, a restaurant Särg rated by the White Guide, and in summer the local surf club rents SUP paddleboards for hiking on the Nasva River. Nasva is a popular destination for recreational fishermen because the river that runs through the town is very rich in fish. Very good connection with Kuressaare by car, public transport and light traffic roads. Just a few kilometers away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Mändjala. The space The accommodation is located on the banks of the Nasva River. From spring to autumn, it is possible to fish from the shore or cool down while swimming in the river. There are some older buildings and a parking lot for cars (can easily accommodate 4 cars) in the FRONT YARD. If necessary, you can also charge an electric car for an extra fee. In the BACKYARD there is a large terrace with a view of the river. On the terrace you will find a gas grill, sun loungers and armchairs for relaxing. By the river there is a FLOATING BRIDGE, from which you can dive into the water and climb back to the shore through the ladder. The ground floor of the building has a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a large bathroom and 1 bedroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a toilet. The LIVING ROOM has a spacious sofa, 65" TV (Telia TV package + the ability to use various apps such as Netflix, etc.), a powerful soundbar and a showcase with various board games. The DINING ROOM has a large table that accommodates up to 8 people. There are 6 chairs behind the table, but there are 2 spare chairs in the house to accommodate a larger group. The tableware needed to cover the table is available in the kitchen. There's a big mirror over the sink. The second floor of the STAIRWELL has air conditioning to cool down the bedrooms on hot summer evenings. For cooling to work, all windows of the house should be closed so that cool air does not go out of the house. THE HOUSE has an air-water heat pump that heats the floors of the first floor and the adjustable radiators of the second floor. In the winter months, the house is very warm. Guest access Guests have access to the main building, terrace and the entire courtyard area. The key to the house is located in a lockbox protected by a PIN code, which you can find on the wall of the garage next to the parking lot (to the left of the yellow garage door). Other buildings may occasionally be used by the host family of the house, but during the stay of the guests, the host family will not come to the main building or its river-side backyard to disturb the guests.
