The use of social zones is subject to the schedules established in the Morros Epic Building Coexistence Manual. Wristband price: 20,000 COP per person ю️ Important: This value is not included in the reservation, as it is a charge that makes the administration of the building directly and is paid at the reception via datáfono. The cost of the handle is intended for the use and maintenance of common areas. Handle is required throughout your stay. 🚫 Rules for coexistence By Horizontal Property Regulations and Coexistence Manual of the Morros Epic Building, temporary guests are not allowed to enter visitors or to the apartments, or common areas. Other things to note Our apartment has an energy-saving system, similar to the one used in hotels. The air conditioners work by inserting the card next to the entry key into the power source located inside the apartment. It is important to keep the card in the source so that the air conditioners are on and working properly. When leaving the apartment, please remember to remove the card. This system helps us take care of the environment and use energy responsibly. Thank you for your understanding and support! 🍃 🏨 Guest check-in and legal requirements Upon confirmation of booking, and in compliance with Resolution 420 of 2022 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, as tourism service providers we are required to fill out the Accommodation Registration Card for each guest. Therefore, we require you to send us, at least 48 hours in advance of check-in, the following information of each person entering the accommodation (including children and infants): - Full name -Type and identification number -City of residence -City of Origin -Motive of the trip ⚠️ Important: Once the list is sent, no changes, additions or modifications are allowed. This information will be shared with the reception of Edificio Morros Epic, where the presentation of each guest's physical ID will be requested at the time of entry. All guests must present original document at check-in at reception: Colombian ✔️ ID (physical or digital), RC, TI or NUIP. ✔️ Passport with stamps (foreigners) ✔️ MERCOSUR: Must bring the travel strap ✔️ Venezolanos: only PPT or passport is accepted ❌ Copies, PDFs, driving licenses or other documents are not accepted. ❌Unable to check in without required documentation. 👶 Minors: If any of the minors do not travel with their parents, it will be mandatory to present a notarized and authenticated permission, accompanied by: -Coop of the minor's civil registry - Photocopy of the Cédula of both parents -Apperorization express parent or guardian allowing the minor to enter as a guest This requirement is of strict compliance, as established by Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1098 of 2006. Failure to comply with this documentation will not allow the child's entry under any circumstances. 📌 About the price The published base price includes up to 2 guests. If the number of people exceeds that number, an additional cost per person, per night will be applied.
