Description

I have been living in this very cute little house for about two years and like to rent it out when I am away. The house (yes, small house!) is located in the old part of Handschuhsheim, with good infrastructure within walking distance! Here you can relax and unwind, but the city is not far away and can be easily reached by public transport (about 10 minutes). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a small but nice bathroom + shower, a bedroom with 140 x 200 bed and balcony overlooking the countryside. The space Very quiet area, fantastically good for relaxation near the city. Everything important can be reached on foot. On Saturday there is a great market with regional products right in front of the Tiefburg (cheese corner stand, sausage/meat, various fruit and vegetable stands, etc.) from 8 am to 1 pm. Very tasty and special 💜 Guest access Key handover by me or neighbor Other things to note There is no good parking here. For a small car there is space in front of the house under the Schopp, but really only possible for small cars.
