Villa Finocchito is a country house, surrounded by an olive grove, on the first hill of Cilento at about 300 meters above sea level, located 10 minutes by car from the Greek temples of Paestum and the sea. At the top of the ridge of the hill, this place is an oasis of tranquility. If you want to get away from the constant tensions of everyday life, you have found the right place: "The sound of silence" offers you a magnificent view and authentic silence. A gazebo in the front lawn is an oasis of relaxation. The space The property consists of two adjacent units on the ground floor in front of the lawn, not communicating with each other and with separate access: a double bedroom with a first bathroom on one side and a living room-kitchen with sofa bed and a second bathroom on the other. In addition to deckchairs and sun loungers on the lawn and a hammock ideal for relaxing, there is also a comfortable outdoor shower. The bedroom, including the independent bathroom with shower, is about 24 square meters. In the room, you will find a 160 x 200 bed, and there is also an armchair bed that can allow another guest or a child to rest. It is equipped with a mini-fridge. The same size for the living room-kitchen, also equipped with a separate bathroom with shower, equipped with everything necessary for a fully autonomous management: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob and all the necessary dishes. A washing machine is available in the bathroom for any needs. The sofa can become a comfortable 140 x 200 bed. Both units are equipped with complete linen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All openings, with thermal-sealed fixtures, are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout shutters. Guest access Guests have the entire property at their disposal, the front lawn with a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. In the double room with private bathroom there is also an armchair bed that, if necessary, allows a third person or a child to rest. The living room-kitchen is equipped with everything you need for independent management of breakfast and meals: induction cooker, pots and pans, dishwasher, refrigerator and dining table. The sofa bed (140 x 200) allows two people to rest. The guest's stay includes the supply of linen for both the bed and terry towels for the bathroom (one set for each guest). *) In the case of weekly stays, a change of towels may be requested after 3 days. **) For stays longer than a week, a complete cleaning of the property is scheduled every 7 days.
