For those seeking a beach getaway, Exmouth is only a 25-minute drive away. Known for its sandy beaches, Exmouth also marks the beginning of the famous Jurassic Coast. The space Sleeping Arrangements: The Gate House features three double bedrooms each with either a wardrobe or chest of drawers for storage. Bathrooms and Additional Facilities: Upstairs, you'll find a well-appointed bathroom with a roll top bath and shower. Downstairs, there’s another bathroom with toilet and shower. The utility room offers a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and extra storage space for your belongings. Towels provided. Dining and Living Spaces: The dining room, with its classic wooden table and chairs, ideal for family meals. Adjacent to the dining room, the lounge area comfortably seats 6 guests and features a smart TV with access to streaming services. Wifi available. The family kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hob/oven and features a breakfast bar overlooking the garden. Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Glasses, Crockery and Cutlery are provided. Outdoor Spaces: Outside offers a large decking area along with a grass lawn. The decking is furnished with comfortable seating and a table, making it an excellent spot for al fresco dining or morning coffee while enjoying the fresh countryside air. The garden area is lush and well-maintained, providing a serene environment for relaxation and play. Parking: The double parking at the front provides convenient and secure space for your vehicles. Please note : We do not allow pets or parties. We ask guests not to smoke inside the property, outside is fine.
