This second story apartment was just built and has a great view from your balcony looking out at the Stono River. Less than 10 miles from downtown Charleston, and within a half of a mile of the Limehouse Boat Landing and Stono River County Park. The space This is a smoke free/pet free space. The apartment is equipped with a full size bath and queen size bed. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove, air fryer, and toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with needed items. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available along with toilet paper and towels. There is a work station and desk chair to use at your leisure, wifi, and a Roku TV in the living room area. Please enjoy some time looking out at the Sunset from the balcony, the dock and grounds are not included in the rental. Guest access Guest access is up one flight of stairs and then into an entryway with private entrance. Other things to note Parking is included on site in with separate driveway access.
