Considered the master bedroom suite, you will stay in your own second floor private bedroom, attached bathroom and attached balcony with full access to first floor kitchen, living room and outdoor space. Walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery and entertainment. Private parking is also available on property on a first come first serve basis. Parking is also available on side streets. . The space You will have access to the entire property including the kitchen and living room, balcony, outdoor deck and yard; but excluding the garage. You will feel a constant cool sea breeze while you are warmed by the desert sun. Watching the sunset from the balcony is a special occasion in this quiet sanctuary. This beach house is a 10 minute walk to the beach, marina and pier. You are across the street from Starbucks, Boy and the Bear, Whole Foods grocery store and many restaurants. Your room has a queen size bed. You have full access to the entire house except for other bedrooms. Guest access You can use all areas of the house that are not locked. No access to garage. Bedroom #4 with the balcony has a locked owners closet that is not available. Everything else is available. During your stay My name is Crett. I may be on premices or off premices during your stay. If on premices, I can be found in the garage in the back. If off premices contact me via Airbnb chat. From May 1 - October 30, I will have a co-host. Her name is Charmaine. Other things to note Please remember to pay attention to parking signage and where other cars are not parking to avoid getting parking tickets for parking on the side of the street on day of street sweeping. Normal schedule is street sweeping on Thursdays and Fridays but this can change based on holidays.
