The space BEDROOM 1: Located on the first floor featuring Queen Bed, Full Bathroom , Smart TV. Two closets and a 5 drawer dresser. Foldout chair for a child or small adult. 30 inch x75 inch. Please let us know in advance if you want it setup. MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the second floor featuring Queen Bed , Two closets and a 5 drawer dresser. Full master bathroom. MASTER BATHROOM: accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, with two separate entrances for convenience. The master bathroom features a relaxing jetted bathtub and a separate shower. LIVING ROOM: Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV, variety of books and games for all ages, private balcony overlooking trees 🌳. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dining table, island seating. Enough seating for 7 people. New stove ,microwave and refrigerator. French press and Keurig K-cup available. Plenty of pots and pans. Enjoy complementary coffee and snacks during your stay. BEACH: Beach chairs , toys and umbrella are in large storage bin by entrance. Next to the bench you will find a water hose and sand brush for getting the sand off. The beach towels are in the master bathroom. Guest access Enjoy this spacious two-story townhouse located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The layout offers plenty of privacy, with one bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, and the master bedroom with its own private bathroom located on the second floor. Access to the home is via a keyless entry code. Free two car parking space in front of garage is for your convenience. No access to a garage. Laundry room next to master bath is available. Enjoy a private balcony off the living room, overlooking peaceful trees. In cold weather remote control fireplace available, plenty of books to read and family games to play. We are open to early check-ins or late check outs. Based on availability and request. Please ask in advance so we can coordinate with a cleaning crew. For late not authorized check out is a $50 fee per hour. Other things to note Nice quiet neighborhood. Entrance to the beach is on Shelby street. It’s only 3 min walk to a beautiful, never crowded beach. Property is down the street from two easy going neighborhood restaurants Flamingo Pizza of Miller and Sand &Salsa. Grab ice bags or coffee creamer at Miller Mini Mart. They all are located on Shelby street. Indiana Dunes National Park main entrance is 11 miles away. Enjoy over 50 miles of trails lead through sand dunes, quiet woodlands , sunny prairies and wetlands. Catch the South Shore Train at the Miller Station or drive to Chicago it’s only 36 miles away!
