The space Our open concept living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, Flat screen smart TV with Netflix, free wifi and board games. There is a full kitchen which is well equipped with all utensils and appliances that you will need to cook or bake during your stay if you wish. There is a dining area with seating for 4. The unit has 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. Each room has clothing storage and plenty of natural light from the windows. There is a safe in the master bedroom. Two full bathrooms are located on the top floor and a half bath on the ground floor. The unit is: - 5 minutes from the supermarket and medical center - 5 minutes to Rodney Bay Mall and Baywalk Mall - 5 minutes from Rodney Bay Marina - 15 minutes to Reduit Beach - 10 minutes to most restaurants and nightlife This unit is truly a great place for the whole family and does not stay vacant for very long. We are able to arrange rental cars, airport transfers, tours, reservations etc. Rules No Loud music, or live music No smoking- cigarettes, cigarettes, vaping or weed No Illegal activity No pets - we love our furry friends but allergic. No unauthorized visitors. All overnight visitors must be listed at the time of booking. Your reservation will be cancelled per airbnb guidelines with penalty for any unauthorized visitors. No Parties or events or gatherings Other Charges Early Check in fee $30 between 12noon and 3pm. Half day's rate before noon. Late check out 11am - 3pm $30. Half day's rate after 3pm.
