Our property is located in the peaceful Shakthi Dhama Township, Shivamogga, offering an ideal retreat for families . Set in a serene and tranquil environment, the villa provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the noise and stress of city life. The space Peaceful villa stay, perfect for guests who prefer calm surroundings away from the city. • Two comfortable bedrooms: one air-conditioned room and one non-AC room. • Each room has a king size bed with an attached private bathroom with solar water heater. • Fully functional modular kitchen with chimney & basic vessels. • The house is located just about 1.5 km from the township gate, which opens directly onto the highway. • Ample parking space and a beautiful garden. • EV charging is available at a nominal additional cost. House Rules & Important Notes • No parties, events or celebrations are permitted.
 • NO smoking and NO alcohol are permitted anywhere on the property. • Third-party bookings are not allowed . The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay. • Local address ID proofs are not accepted as we do not accommodate local residents. • Please ensure you select the correct number of guests, including children and infants and mention their ages while booking.
 Extra guests (including kids or infants) are not permitted under any circumstances. Entry will be denied without refund if guest count exceeds the booking. • Kindly mention the purpose of your visit at the time of booking. • We do not accommodate unmarried couples .
 If you are booking as a group, please check with us before confirming the reservation. • Valid government ID proof for all guests is mandatory prior to booking confirmation. • Guests are requested to bring their own towels and toiletries. • As the villa is located away from city traffic, having your own vehicle is strongly recommended for convenient travel.
