Room 5 min walk to the university

As a passionate traveler, I look forward to welcoming guests. That's why I've lovingly expanded the upper part of my house. The space On the second floor I rent three rooms – each equipped with a workstation, closet and bed (high-quality mattress, fresh bed linen). This room has a double bed (160 × 200) and a balcony. My guests share a bathroom on the first floor (there are fresh towels and a hairdryer) as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room with sofa area on the second floor (coffee, tea, spices are always there). In addition, you can make yourself comfortable in the front yard (grill, chairs and tables are available). The house is quietly but centrally located. You can reach the university in a five-minute walk and it is four train stations to the city center. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. Guest access Access to the apartment is via my staircase (not barrier-free). I live in the lower area of the house with my own kitchen, bathroom and garden. During your stay I am reachable by cellphone.
