About This Space: This luxurious retreat is located within one of the premier complexes of the upscale Langosta area, which is a one-hour drive from Liberia airport. The beautiful sands of Langosta beach are just a 4-minute walk outside the gate. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully designed, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary essentials to prep your own meals, a full-size fridge/freezer and full size dishwasher. The dining table will seat up to 7 people. One king and two twins beds (with blackout curtains) will provide for a restful night’s sleep after a day of sun and fun. There is also a twin size air mattress available for a 5th guest if necessary. The bedrooms each have access to a large private balcony complete with a hammock, table with 4 chairs and an outdoor lounge area. Located on the 2nd floor, this space overlooks the garden area where you can observe the hummingbirds and iguanas, or listen to the howler monkeys, while having a meal, sipping your morning coffee, doing some remote work, or just relaxing in the ocean breeze. The amazing rooftop observation area delivers panoramic ocean views, perfect for watching a beautiful ocean sunset or stargazing under the tropical sky. The complex features round-the-clock gated security, as well as high-speed WiFi in all common areas, ensuring you stay connected while you unwind. Guest access You are welcome to use all facilities in both buildings. Pool hours are 9am-9pm. The rooftop gym is located in the Tower 2 on the 7th floor. The gym located in Tower 1 can be accessed by going through the parking garage on the main floor. Both gyms close at 10pm. The games room is located near the rancho in Tower 2. You may need to ask security to unlock it for you. There is a beautiful 360 view rooftop patio located in Tower 1. You may access this on the 7th floor. If you wish to book out one of the ranchos to BBQ or enjoy, you are able to do so at no extra cost. Simply write your Name, Condo Number, Date and Time you'd like to reserve it for on the white board. There are 3 to choose from. One is located by Tower 2 and the other two are located in between the park and pool closest to Tower 1.
