Casa 54 is a warm and welcoming 2 bedrooms flat in the heart of Newport-on-Tay. Home to my parents for some parts of the year, it's equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Casa 54 was fully refurbished in 2022 and it's now ready to host its new guests! The flat is located 5 minutes walking distance from Newport's vibrant high street, filled with cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Golfers, we are only 20 minutes away from St Andrew's Old Course. The space The flat is situated in a very quiet and comfortable area only a couple of minutes walking distance to the banks of the river Tay. Dundee, with the beautiful V&A museum and all it has to offer, is only 5 minutes drive across the river; the city is also very well connected by public transport with busses stopping right outside Casa 54. Our lovely ground floor flat can host up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed with added mattress topper. This room also has a studio corner with a desk and chair. The brand new kitchen and dining area/lounge is all in one open space. If you are lucky enough to catch a sunny evening, there is a table and chairs outside in our colourful garden. We can provide a travel cot or high chair if needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property apart from the rear which is of sole use of the lady living upstairs. Keys for the back door are provided in case of an emergency.
