The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The house is cozy and combines elements of modernity while maintaining its authenticity and simplicity. The space The house consists of: ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessed by internal stairs and there is a double bedroom and another family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This room is very charming as it is located above an ancient vault. On the second and top floor there is an additional double bedroom. In front of the house there is a furnished porch where you can dine outdoors. Near the accommodation there is a green area that can be used by guests on request to relax or sunbathe. If you are looking for relaxation, this is the right place and maybe in the morning you can be awakened by the rooster crowing in our hen house where you can collect fresh eggs at 0 km. You can take long walks in nature, collect mushrooms, enjoy the cool in summer, or visit castles (Bardi and Compiano are about 25 km away) or simply relax. I like the idea of making our little-known valley known, but full of charm and tranquility. We live next to the property so we are always available. The territory of Valmozzola is located between the Ceno and Taro Valleys, the Mozzola Valley is characterized by an ophiolite formation "Il Groppo" where in medieval times the fortresses of Landasio and Gusaliggio stood. The area also has hiking trails. Mount Barigazzo is visible overlooking the valley, here there is a very interesting ring route. The city of Parma is only about 50 km away and we are in a strategic position as a starting point for many visits, as we are also very close to the A15 exit of Borgovalditaro.
