A new cottage completed in 2024 awaits you in South Estonia, Kütiorg. Which is the largest and most powerful primeval valley in Estonia. The cottage is lake-side, next to the old watermill, offering unforgettable views over a peaceful lake and surrounding forest. The property also features a beautiful large apple orchard. Just next to the house, you'll find a hiking trail surrounded by breathtaking nature. On the hillside, grapes and lavenders flourish, adding to the charm of the surroundings. The space The living spaces are on the second floor of the building, accessed by a staircase. The apartment has two bedrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with a kitchen and a balcony with comfortable seats overlooking the lake and the forest. The sofa in the living room opens into a comfortable bed. One toilet has a shower corner with a towel dryer. The interior design of the house is both - rustic and modern. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils - a fridge, a stove, and a coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your own meals. Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available for your entertainment. (Due to the house’s unique triangular shape, the bathrooms are quite small but fully functional and manageable) For your convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine, and free parking. Towels, toiletries, and hairdryer are provided. Other things to note For an additional fee( 350€) you can enjoy the traditional smoke sauna, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its deep cultural significance and authenticity. We have an electric car charger available for an additional fee.
