Ideal for a classic Northern Michigan getaway. Book now! The space The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full luxury bath with a soaker tub + waterfall shower. There is a 4th bedroom in the guest house/garage which has 1 full bath. (Standup shower only - no tub in bath #2) Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Bunk Beds Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds Bedroom 4: (located in the guest house/garage) 1 Bunk Bed and Private Full Bath. The guest house and garage spaces will be renovated soon! Other upcoming renovations include the kitchen, bedrooms 2+3, porch, and fireplace. Stay tuned! This property includes private beach access with some of the nicest sand on Lake Huron. Borrow our 2 kayaks or the paddle boat and enjoy the waves. We've also got beach chairs and sun chairs if you'd rather stay on shore. For rainy days, enjoy our many board games, puzzles, books, and DVDs. *Please note, this property shares driveway access. We are the house on the LEFT. Guest access Guests have access to both the cottage and the summer guest house. The guest house is only available from May -October. Other things to note - We share a driveway with another cottage, but there is space to park up to 5 vehicles behind our garage, which is on the left. Parking on the right or beyond the garage is forbidden. - The main house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. - The summer guesthouse is available with your rental from May to November and includes two twin beds and a full bath. - The cottage is almost directly between Tawas & Au Gres, near the famous Singing Bridge. - We are a pet-free and smoke-free home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only if cigarette waste is disposed of in the firepit. - Our cozy spot on Lake Huron is surrounded by woods, which means we share the area with some curious critters. Occasionally, you might spot signs of their little adventures—they like to remind us they were here first! While we work hard to keep everything pristine, you may notice signs of their presence. If you do, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately so we can address it promptly and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible! - We provide coffee & S'more supplies as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Other supplies may be provided upon request. If there is something you would like, please let us know. - There is a kayak and paddle boat available to borrow while renting the property. These are available from May - October. - During winter, a snow fence is placed along the beach. This may or may not be able to be removed, depending on weather, by request only. This will not impede your view of the beautiful sunrise in anyway!
