Welcome to this small duplex that has everything you need, and above all a ton of charm to offer :) Located on the top floor with elevator of a beautiful building in the city center, close to the train station and the lake, this apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Linens are provided. The space The apartment offers a nice living space as well as the bathroom on the ground floor, then a bedroom upstairs in duplex. It is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa bed is new and comfortable. Note: the apartment is on the third floor with elevator access, then there is one floor to climb to reach the 4th floor. Linens and towels are provided, as well as small welcome packs with basic products to start your stay. The apartment is in the center of Annecy! 3 times a week, find the market at the end of the street, not to mention the lake located less than 5 minutes walk :) The apartment is in close proximity to the train station if you arrive by train, and we advise you to park at the Post Office Parking if you arrive by car (both are 2 minutes away). (For your information, the key will be collected in a locker 10 minutes' walk from the train station) It also has a nice view from the skylights, over the rooftops of Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
