The cozy side house is located within walking distance of Lake Faak. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also Lake Ossiach in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many things to do around the beautiful Carinthian lake area. The space The small annex has its own entrance and offers a living room with a large double bed (linen provided), a TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a refrigerator, stove, microwave and capsule coffee machine. You will be provided with 2 capsules per person per day free of charge. In the adjoining bathroom there is a shower and toilet, hairdryer and towels are provided. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a parasol and a beautiful view of the Mittagskogel. You can park for free at the house. Guest access You can park your car for free right by the house. The adjoining house has its own entrance.
