We offer one bedroom suites only 25 minutes from Steamboat with the convenience of downtown Hayden at your fingertips. All of our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, living space, full bathrooms, in-unit Laundry, (Floor plans will vary per unit - see photos for possible layouts) Each bedroom has 2 queen beds all units have a pull out sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Unit located on the Second Floor and there is not an elevator. Each floor plan for all the units vary. Please review the photos for the possible options for your units specific layout. Most all units located on the Second Floor and there is not an elevator. All are one bedroom suites tastefully decorated in a modern rustic forest decor with comfortable bedding and furnishings. Each one bedroom suite has 2 queen beds, a dresser, bedside table, and closest/clothing rack. There is an additional bed in the sleeper sofa in each living room. Each unit has a modern bathroom with a shower and has in-room laundry with a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with a basic set of dishes, pots and baking pans, utensils, and a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and oven/range. High-speed wifi and TV available for Streaming. Free Parking on the premises. Pull through Truck and Trailer parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Two electric vehicle charging Stations available on a first come basis(Coming Soon.) Building entry with video surveillance. - We start you off with basic supplies for your stay. It is up to you to bring what you need with you to accommodate your specific needs. At check-in, you will receive one laundry soap pod, one dishwasher tab, a small bottle of dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, and a cloth kitchen towel. The units are NOT stocked with food items such as spices, cooking oil, or condiments etc. Close to the grocery store, coffee shops, Rec Center/Gym, restaurants, city parks, brewery/wine bar, gas station, library, and liquor store. Other things to note This rental is in a brand new building unit built in 2024. There is construction occurring in the parking area and retail spaces below.
