The property is in a quaint & quiet neighborhood close to Christiana Mall, Wilmington Airport & the Christiana Care medical network. The home has been thoughtfully updated & features: a new kitchen (with bonus freezer/2 refrigerators!), spacious living room, 2 full updated bathrooms, blazing fast WiFi, new washer/dryer, back porch & backyard. Questions, just ask! :) The space This is a private room (with keyed lock) in a shared home in the Christiana area of Delaware. The common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms, back porch, backyard etc.) can be shared with up to 3 other guests :) The home is minimal, but has been thoughtfully updated throughout. It has new fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and remodeled full bathrooms (1 on each level). Blazing fast WiFi is accessible throughout the property. There is a single car driveway available on a first come first serve basis. This is a residential area and parking is available right in front of the home. We take great pride in keeping the home a comfortable, clean and safe space. Complimentary professional cleaning of the common areas is provided on a bi-weekly basis. We also offer room cleanings upon request (for an additional fee), just let us know if interested! Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of the home, except the garage and attic. During your stay We live off-site, but can be available for emergencies, as needed!
