It has a large swimming pool (10 x 5), fully secure and heated, ideal for relaxing moments, located in the middle of a large wooded and fully enclosed 2200 m² lot. The cottage offers a bright and friendly ground floor, including an open kitchen that extends harmoniously on one side to a comfortable living room and, on the other, to a dining room equipped with a more intimate TV/click-clack corner, perfect for moments of rest or reading but also a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a dormitory area, a toilet and a bathroom The charming hamlet of Chambon de Vorey is located in Haute-Loire, in the heart of the Velay country. This picturesque village stretches along the majestic bank of the Loire, at the foot of the ancient volcanoes of the Miaune (1066 m) and Gerbizon (1046 m) mountains, offering an exceptional natural setting. From the house itself, you can enjoy plenty of activities such as fishing or hiking, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. If you love nature sports, the range of activities available in the area is impressive: Running, trails, canoeing, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, mountain biking, road biking or swimming. You will be strategically located just 20 minutes from Puy-En-Velay, a city rich in heritage and history, and 20 minutes from Yssingeaux, known for its charm and authenticity. A little further east, you can explore Saint-Etienne (75 km) and Lyon (130 km), two large dynamic cities, or head north to discover Clermont-Ferrand (160 km). For even more convenience, the train is an excellent alternative, with a train station located in Vorey-sur-Arzon, just 4 kilometers away, offering a simple and fast transport solution. Finally, Vorey-sur-Arzon has all the local shops and services, allowing you to find everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
