The space The Sawyer Cutter House is an historical home from 1770, built by the original settler to Orford, New Hampshire, Thomas Edward Sawyer, and his sons. The historical home has plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms that makes our home shareable to others. The homestead sits on 4 beautiful acres with a pond, running creek. First floor is common area, colonial style office, library, a.k.a. the Elvis room., TV room, Den, Laundry room, Dining room with sitting area, New modern kitchen with all LG stainless steel appliances. We offer our guests access to a complete gym on property. Due to the shortage of housing in our area, we have opened up our doors on a longer-term bases to traveling medical professionals of all types. RN, Surgical Tech, Radiology Tech, Administrators, Physicians, and Professors and authors. In between our 28 days and longer guests were more than happy to host one and two night guests. Each person, regardless of the length of stay brings a special gift to the home. We work diligently to provide a healthy, safe, clean environment to all of our guests. Water at The Sawyer Cutter House: Our home is on a deep well, which is tested and safe for drinking. We also have a water purifying system on the house to even make the water better tasting. Both refrigerators have a filter system for ice and water. Please don’t hesitate to drink the water it is safe. We always leave bottle water with a glass in the room for convenience, for when you arrive.
