The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, 6-burner gas cooktop, panini maker, kettle, blender, filter coffee maker, complete tableware, and cleaning supplies. The accommodation also includes a wardrobe, a chair, an iron, and an ironing board. Clean bed linen for both beds, bedspreads, and two Moroccan blankets are provided and available in the dressing area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A shared terrace located on the third floor is accessible only for drying your laundry. A clothes drying rack is also provided. ✅ I live on the ground floor and remain available should you need any assistance during your stay. No copies, photographs, or scans of these documents will be taken. * For couples where at least one of the two travelers is a Moroccan national, an official civil marriage certificate issued by a competent civil authority must be presented upon arrival. Religious marriage documents or any other document that does not constitute an official civil marriage certificate will not be accepted. * The marriage certificate will only be examined to verify that it corresponds to the identity documents presented. No copies, photographs, or scans of the marriage certificate will be taken. * All adult guests included in the reservation will also be required to sign the rental agreement upon arrival.
