House in Murat's historical center

Located at the heart of Murat, this house welcome you with its 3 floors and a half. Murat has a rich history and breathtaking landscapes. The house is located 10km away of the Super Lioran ski resort, which is also accessible by train (the Murat's train station is at 300m of the house, you can also access the ski resort with a ski lift right when you exit the train for 2.60€). Saint Flour at 26km. La Maison de la Faune at 100m. The space At the bottom, a modern kitchen with all you need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. At the second floor it's the living room with TV, bluetooth speaker, WiFi, a WC. At the third floor there's the bedroom with a bed of 140cm, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a shower (100x80). 2 beds of 90cm finish the couchage in a mezzanine. Bed sheets and towels are not included but you can rent them. Be carreful with the steep stairs. Guest access That house is in a little street where it's possible to go with a car to unload the luggages but not to park your vehicle. The parking spots in Murat are free everywhere.
