The space This is 2 bedroom duplex apartment. The attached duplex is also available on AirBnB. There is free private parking behind the property, as well as street parking available. It is well-lit and has security cameras for your safety and comfort. One of the two bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, with extra pillows and blankets, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and plenty of hot water. The other bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed. There is a hair dryer plus soap, shampoo, and conditioner if you forget yours. There are TVs in each room with HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, and more streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, an upright refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, as well as plates, glasses, and silverware. We even have a corkscrew and wine glasses. There is plenty of closet and and storage space for longer stays or just to hang up those nicer outfits. The apartment has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether for a day a week, or a month. Guest access The entrance on the street side of the house with a well-lit wide sidewalk and a few stairs to the entrance. Your unique door code only works for the duration of your stay and codes are deleted at check out. Other things to note Although this is a single level home, there are steps up to the door. The parking area and walk-way is well lit with security cameras on the outside of the building for your safety.
