Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house. It has been freshly renovated and carefully decorated by its hosts in a poetic, colorful and floral spirit. Guests will enjoy independent accommodation, a fully enclosed private garden, terrace and amenities, swimming and a river 5 minutes' walk away. An outbuilding will allow you to drop off your bikes or other items. The property has fiber, fast WIFI. Linens and hand towels provided. The space The house, fully equipped, has a pleasant bright living room (with large table, sofa, armchair, buffet and TV), overlooking the terrace, 2 "theme" bedrooms with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe, original equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and independent bathroom. A filter coffee maker and an espresso machine (Malongo capsules exclusively, some provided for hosting, others to be provided), are available, as well as a kettle and a teapot (for bulk tea). Linens and towels are provided. A folding bed, changing table, potty, children's bathtub, and high chair are available for baby upon request. Finally, we take care of the cleaning and do not take extra fees but ask guests to leave the house in a suitable and respectful condition. The house was recently classified 3 stars by the Auxerre tourist office. Guest access Guests have the whole house, garden and stone outbuilding. Access is from the street by a gate and a small driveway of about ten meters (not passable), the car is parked in the street for free. Motorcycles or bicycles can be parked in the locked garage. Accommodation and access are not suitable for disabled people. Other things to note This country house is ideally located between Auxerre, Clamecy and Avallon. It will allow you to discover, within half an hour, the local cultural heritage but also the many sports and leisure activities, fishing, canoeing, hiking, motorcycling... Vézelay and its basilica, Chablis and its wines, the caves of Arcy sur Cure, the rocks of Saussois, the prehistoric park of Cardoland... Mailly la ville has a small grocery store with bread delivery (all year round) and a food truck at the swimming pool (summer), both within a 5-minute walk of the property. There is also a playground near the beach. The village canoe kayak club offers family lessons and outings on the Yonne River. The bike path along the canal will allow you to discover the villages and the countryside. You can practice climbing on 2 sites, the rocks of the Parc and the Saussois or walk and learn about the educational trail of the reserve of the wood of the park, 5 km away.
