Estância de Mel is a chalet-style house for weekends with the family. The place is a paradise, wooded, with flowers, a vegetable garden and birds. Ideal for family or groups of friends. Kids and pets love it. A beautiful new gourmet area for barbecuing, outdoor dining, listening to music or reading a good book. It is 3 km from the center of Domingos Martins (5 min by car). And 3 min from the most famous brewery in town “Barba Ruiva”! The space The first floor's internal area is the kitchen and dining room, living room with 49" TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, frost-free refrigerator with freezer, a brewer, blender, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, popcorn maker, glasses and cups... and all the little things that anyone who cooks needs!! On the second floor is the suite and balcony, where we have the queen size bed and air conditioning and a bathroom. Outdoor areas Large deck and gourmet area with barbecue and large table (8 people), wooden swing, grassy area for picnics and children to play, hose bath. Parking for up to 3 cars. There you can walk on the dirt road! Guest access Rooms will be prepared according to the number of guests informed in the reservation. 2 guests 1 bedroom suite 4 guests, 2 upstairs bedrooms only 6 to 8 guests 3 bedrooms All indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Other things to note The property is located in a rural area, there is no garbage collection by the city, so under guidelines guests must dispose of garbage on BR 262 and in places with garbage bins arranged by the city. We do not provide firewood for the wood stove and we also do not provide charcoal to use the barbecue. These must be purchased by the guest. It is the guest's responsibility to properly and securely lock the house. It is a condominium of houses, so loud noise is allowed until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., sound must be moderate and respectful.
