It is located in a quiet country neighborhood 6 minutes (by car) from the main port of the island and 3 minutes from the historical mound of the naval battle of Salamis (480 BC). The large yard is an ideal space for carefree play for the children and relaxation for the adults. The space the house is 110 sq/m and with the following spaces: - a Bedroom with a double bed - a Bedroom with a single bed - a Fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with a shower - A living room with a 4-seater sofa, a large armchair and a stool - a Living room with a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa that becomes a bed. - a Reception area with two armchairs, a mirror and a wallstand. - two outdoor seating areas: one with a sofa and one with an outdoor 3-seater dining table. * there are sliding screens on all the house windows.
