This tranquil home features three cozy bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and steam shower for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need, including granite countertops and all the essentials everything you need for cooking a fantastic meal at home. We even have high chairs and toddler dishes for your little ones. Enjoy the privacy of your own fully-fenced yard and parking space, surrounded by lush redwood trees and farmland. While you unwind in our cozy retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to observe and connect with life on our small “half-pint” ranch if you choose to do so. Our guests often sit out on the porch and savor their morning coffee while watching the sheep and mini goats in our small pasture. Soon we’ll have a new flock of chickens and ducks for everyone to enjoy! Seasonal farm activities may include feeding animals, collecting fresh eggs, and learning about caring for livestock—these experiences are optional and subject to availability. Occasionaly, we’re delighted to welcome new kids and lambs to our farmette, offering a special chance to watch these adorable babies grow and play in our pastures. Our daughter’s horse stays here in the summertime, and our guests love to watch “Mavie” and our other hoofed critters in our main pasture as the sun sets across the beautiful countryside.  Our farmhouse is ideally situated at the gateway to many outdoor adventures: state parks and beaches, pristine rivers, majestic old growth redwood groves, and much more! Located just outside of friendly Fortuna, our home is an easy drive to small town amenities and activities. We are happy to help you plan your adventures! We also provide farm-themed learning materials and books for children and adults, giving you a fun and educational way to enjoy your stay.
