Independent and luxurious basement near Amersfoort

A unique combination of nature and culture! This luxurious villa features a private entrance to a guest room in the cool basement. There you will find a modern room with a king-size bed (plus two separate fold-out extra single beds), a kitchenette and independent bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The room has natural daylight and can be completely darkened. The space This thatched, detached villa was built in 2013 under architecture. It is an energy-efficient, gas-free home that features solar panels, geothermal heating/cooling and home automation. In the basement, there is a separate luxurious and nice cool guest room with double bed (and two separate fold-out extra single beds), kitchenette and bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. There is also a hobby room, music room, storage room and laundry room. The refrigerator in the storage room can also be used by guests. Should there be a need for a cooking facility, please let us know. A 2-burner induction hob is available. The house is located in the outskirts, on the border of Amersfoort, Leusden, Hoevelaken and Achterveld. The house is located in an agricultural area, but directly opposite the Heerlijkheid Stoutenburg estate with forest, hiking trails and natural playground equipment. The stately oak lane is located on the Marskramerpad and long-distance cycling route. In the immediate vicinity are a clog path and nature reserves De Schammer and Bloeidaal, where you can enjoy hiking. Do you want to go to the historic city center of Amersfoort (with the Wall Houses and lively squares full of restaurants)? Then take the car or bicycle, and you will be in the heart of the city center within 10 to 20 minutes. The Stoutenburg-Noord neighborhood is minutes away from the A28 and A1 highways. At the end of the avenue (about 2 km away) is Hoevelaken train station (with free parking spaces), from which Amersfoort and other major cities are super easy to reach. Supermarkets are 15 minutes away by bike. Guests who book our stay often go cycling, have planned a visit in the area, go to the Afas theater or De Flint for a show, or want to discover Amersfoort. Guest access Through the front door in the central hall, the guest room is reached via a staircase to the basement. Both doors have their own key. So the "apartment" is independently accessible. Other things to note The guest room is part of a home. Guests are allowed to use the shared garden and a refrigerator in the storage room. Furthermore, no facilities need to be shared.
