Heysham Ferry Terminal is 20 mins away you can sail to the Isle of Man and the TT Races. Manchester and Liverpool Airport are approx 70 miles away. The space A 3 bed fully modernised semi-detached house that sleeps 5 people in a quiet close. You enter the front door into a lovely contemporary, bright, airy, hallway. On the ground floor there is a large comfy front room and the the modern kitchen diner with a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher a dining table that seats 4. The conservatory leads into the garden where you can relax in the swing seat or dine alfresco at the table. Upstairs the property has a modern clean bathroom, a spacious landing and 2 large double bedrooms both with double beds, drawers, wardrobes and mirrors and a single bedroom at the front of the property. There is a travel cot at the property if needed. Guest access The property has its own entrance with parking for 2 cars on the driveway and guests have access to the whole house apart from the attic and the garage at their disposal so plenty or room for a family or friends to spread out and either spend time together or space be apart. Other things to note There is a local Coop convenience store, a bakery, a fish & chip shop, an award winning Indian restaurant and a chinese restaurant which do both seated and takeaway and 2 pubs (one of which does food) all within 5-10 minute walking distance.
