“Comfy-Home” is a NEW, fully-furnished and modern apartment that has 2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms My place is located in the heart of the city therefore it’s close to the restaurants, dining, nightlife and shopping-centers in KL My place is reachable by major public transport - 3 – 5mins walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail Station - 10 – 13mins walk to Dang Wangi LRT Station - 5mins walk to KLCC My place is good for couples, solo adventurer, families, big groups and business travellers. The space -2 bedrooms -2 marble bathrooms -2 queen size bed (4 person) -1 convertible sofa - Flat-screen TV -Netflix - High Speed internet (FREE) -Complementary: Drinks & snack (FREE) -Basic amenities: shower gel / shampoo , washer + dryer (2in1) function , hairdryer , iron, ironing board, broom, mop, brush, bucket -Kitchen amenities : kitchen utensil and cutlery, kettle, toaster, fridge, oven Other things to note -ONLY LIGHT COOKING are allow in the apartment - Appreciate to spend some reading time for the HOUSE RULES before stay in - NO SMOKING is allow in the apartment (Including toilet) - LOST CARD Fees of MYR200 per access card will be charged if the access card is lost. - no outside visitors or overnight guests without approval from us - Please do not leave your luggage or any other valuable things to the security guard, as this is a service apartment not a Hotel -Swimming pool and gym is located at 6th floor ( charged separately by management) -Please keep the apartment clean and to treat it like your own home because 1) it is my work space when I do not have guests 2) there might have other guests who want to check-in after you check-out -Kindly turn off air conditioning, light, fan and other electrical appliances when not using or when you’re out as its environmental friendly -Please inform day before your check in and out time -Early check in or late check-out subject to availability and early check-in / late check-out policy - By clicking the "Booking" button, you thereby agree and acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept full responsibility and therefore bound by the house rules ** We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area.
