A Warm Welcome awaits you in our bright and spacious first floor two bedroom apartment able to sleep up to 5 people, 1 bedroom with full-size bunk beds, and 1 extra large bedroom housing kingsize bed, can add single full sized put you up (z) bed for 5th person, also have travel cot available. Ideal for families, couples and contractors. Located opposite Hayle harbour near beaches, local shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a lido. Estuary popular with birdwatchers The space Our charming apartment is constructed from locally-sourced Cornish stone, and was originally a fully functioning dairy. There is a small-lit balcony area out front, you can pull out our fold-up table and chairs and sit outside on nice warm Cornish evenings and enjoy the view of Hayle estuary. All bedding & towels are provided, plus there are further towels in the garage as well as all beach equipment available for use at the beach. We are situated just off Hayle's high street, nestled amidst local residents and all local amenities. The apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area, broadband, and is equipped with a 4 seater recliner sofa, coffee table, dining table, chairs a large 42-inch tv with sky streaming services. The apartment features a galley kitchen area with all basic cooking necessities plus the addition of a new air fryer and slow cooker for 2024. A very spacious master bedroom with skylights, a king-size bed with new mattress in July 2024, dressing table, hairdryer, mirror, and plenty of clothes storage with our built-in wardrobe. We also have a full sized single z bed we can make available for a 5th guest in that room....there is plenty of space. The Bathroom. New for 2026 completely renovated / updated equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a brand new for 2025 single bunk bed with new mattresses offering a perfect opportunity for stargazing on a clear night through the overhead skylight. The central heating system is easy to use with just a simple flick of a switch to turn it on and off. There is on-site parking in the driveway for one vehicle directly in front of the property. For a second vehicle, there is plenty of options for parking within a 2-minute walk. A detailed area will is sent to you upon booking. We are conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Hayle train station with services to St Ives and Penzance, or wider Cornwall, and a variety of locations across the UK. Alternatively, the property is a short 12-minute drive to St Ive's and 15 minutes to Penzance. It is also within close proximity to bus stops with services to other destinations in wider Cornwall. The property's location does not make use of a car essential during your stay. Guest access Guests can use all areas in the flat plus the garage for all your beach equipment, so you don't have to bring your own.... beach chairs, windbreaks, beach toys trolley and towels are all provided for your use plus a washing machine. The garage area is also handy for storage, bikes, surfboards etc. Other things to note Safety: New from July 2024 electrically connected smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector, regulation compliant. We have a travel cot and highchair we can make available for guests travelling with youngsters. Plus dog beds are also available. Books...please feel free to take any books you are reading to finish at home, apart from the cornwall books, many thanks. Garage: Guests have access to the garage where you will find a washing machine and large sink, ideal for rinsing out beach wear/items and wetsuits. Surfboards and Bikes can also be stored here. Please feel free to use the beach equipment (windbreaks, beach chairs, towels, body boards, buckets, spades, crabbing gear) We even have a beach trolley you can use to load up and walk to the beach... After using beach equipment please return to the garage in a clean state for other guests to enjoy. Thank you.
