Other things to note - [ ] The house has a cistern with two tanks, but the water in Ticuman arrives on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM - [ ] The floor of the house is white and porous. It has the main advantage that you won't worry about getting soaked because the water is absorbed, but because it is a natural material it may have some color variations that could look like dirt since being a porous and absorbent material it acquires stains from natural use Basic House Rules * Under no circumstances should you go down the stairs. There are surveillance cameras at the bottom of the stairs because the pool equipment is there, so please do not go down * Children's games are for minors only. * No pets of any kind * No smoking 🚭 * If you want to use the washer-dryer, use the soap we leave for you or one with low foam. * Do not enter the pool or be on the edge consuming cigarettes, drinks and food. * There are two switches on the white wall at the end of the pool. Looking at them from the front, the first is to turn on the fountain and the second to turn on the pool lights at night. * The house is located within a subdivision with surveillance so cars are parked outside the property.
